Frequently Asked Questions

Got a burning question? Check out our FAQ's below for answers to the most common things we get asked!

General

Is this legit?

Short answer? Yes. Very.

We are a real Australian-based business that sends 100% anonymous mail pranks. Every order is processed somewhat professionally, shipped securely, and handled with complete discretion.

Are your mail pranks really anonymous?

Yes. Completely.

We do not reveal the sender’s identity under any circumstances. Your name does not appear on the envelope, parcel, or anywhere in the delivery process. There is no paper trail linking the prank back to you.

Unlike similar prank mail companies, we don't include any shameless self-promotion in our pranks to advertise our services. Our service is designed to be fully anonymous - that’s the whole point.

Like, are you really sure the recipient won't find out?

Relax, we've got your back!

We do not disclose sender information. Mystery is part of the experience.

Is sending an anonymous mail prank even legal?

Our pranks are designed to be humourous and harmless. We do not send anything illegal, threatening, or dangerous.

We do not allow content that promotes harassment, threats, or unlawful activity. Our service is intended for light-hearted fun only.

Can I send multiple pranks to one person?

No. Sending someone one of our pranks is funny, once. We never want anyone to feel that our pranks are being used to bully, harrass, or stalk them. We reserve the right to cancel any order we feel is being used in this way for a full refund.

Are you based in Australia?

Yes. We are an Australian owned and operated prank mail service.

Ordering & Checkout

Do I use my details or the recipient's details at checkout?

You must enter your email address in the Contact field when you check out so that you can receive the tracking details.

You must enter the recipients name and address in the Delivery fields, as they are the person receiving the prank.

In the Payment field you have the option to uncheck "Use shipping address as billing address" and enter your details. This can be helpful if your card is declined due to your shipping address not matching your credit card issuer.

Your email address is only used for order confirmation, and never shared with the recipient.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Contact us as soon as possible via the contact form. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may be able to update the details.

What if I get cold feet?

It happens.

It seemed like a good idea at the time, but you’ve had a sudden change of heart and want to cancel your order. You can do so as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once your prank has been sent, it’s out of our hands (and on its way to causing chaos).

If you’re unsure, contact us as soon as possible via the contact form and we’ll let you know if there’s still time to stop it.

No judgement. Just… maybe decide quickly.

Shipping

Is shipping free?

Yes - shipping is completely free Australia wide.

No hidden fees. No extra costs. Just professional embarrassment delivered to their door.

Do you really send it via Registered Post?

Yes. All prank mailers are sent via Registered Post, and all prank packages are sent via Parcel Post with signature required. This ensures:

  • it gets delivered properly
  • it requires interaction
  • it maximises the awkwardness

Tracking details are provided so you can follow the chaos in real time.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on location, but most Australian metropolitan addresses receive their prank within standard Australia Post timeframes.

Tracking is provided so you can monitor delivery progress.

Why is my tracking number still showing as "pending"?

To protect your anonymity (and ours!) all pranks are posted in Australia Post street postboxes. Sometimes the first scan of your prank might not occur for a couple of days into its journey.

It says my prank hasn't been collected?

If your recipient isn’t available at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a collection card and take the item to their local post office for pickup.

From there, it’s up to them.

If the item isn’t collected within Australia Post’s holding period, it may eventually be marked “return to sender.” Because all of our prank mail is sent anonymously and without return details, the item does not come back to us.

We have no control over whether a recipient chooses to collect their item, and refunds are not provided for uncollected deliveries.

Mystery is guaranteed. Participation is not.
